CleanFieldKazakhstan is a turnkey provider of soil and oil waste remediation process utilizing advanced technologies and state-of-the-art design solution based on hydrodynamic treatment and bio-remediation.
Each of our practical steps is based on scientifically based solutions. By remediating the soil in different geographical environments within the laboratory walls, indigenous strains of microorganisms are bred for biological treatment.
Recently, the obtained mixture of oil waste after hydrodynamic cleaning during hydrogenation with the help of hydro-pulse discharge was processed into marketable form in addition to sand and clay, in the form of tar, fuel oil and mineral oils.
Principle: The technology is based on the bubble formation and collapse process occurring in the flowing slurry as a result of a decrease and subsequent increase in local pressure.
Usage: The equipment creates hydrodynamic cavitation by mechanically rotating the impellers through the feed stream. By generating and exploding millions of bubbles, this process harvests mechanical energy and hydrodynamics into an efficient cleaning process to separate hydrocarbons from solids.
