I have been working as the CEO of CleanFieldKazakhstan LLP for over 3 years. During this time I can say that I am proud to be part of such a unique and interesting project.
By combining knowledge and experience in production, we aim at effective and deep cooperation in the environmental sphere in Kazakhstan and around the world.
CleanFieldKazakhstan LLP adheres to high quality standards of production and takes all necessary measures to preserve ecology and minimize environmental impact. CleanFieldKazakstan – we are one of the first companies in Kazakhstan, working according to European technology in the field of oil waste processing. The company’s activity is aimed at extracting oil from drilling mud, oil sludge, soil contaminated with fuel oil and other oil-contaminated land.
The processing is carried out by more efficient and cost-effective methods with significantly less environmental impact.
The extraction, refining and storage of oil creates a huge amount of petroleum waste, which has serious economic and environmental impacts on society. Disposal of waste oil products and oil sludge is an urgent problem for many countries, as their processing causes direct and indirect harm to the environment.
According to legislation in the field of ecology and environmental protection, oil waste should be utilized in an environmentally safe way.
We have found a solution to the problem – since 2015, the company has conducted pilot testing at the Uzen field with successful results on reducing the oil content in the ground contaminated with fuel oil.
The company actively develops in the scientific sphere and participates in exhibitions on the issues of innovative development in the Republic of Kazakhstan. On a permanent basis it takes an active part in scientific activities in the oil and gas field. Over 20 patents have been received by the company since its establishment.
The company is staffed with highly qualified specialists (doctors of sciences, engineers, electricians, mechanics, ecologists, etc.) with many years of experience in the oil and gas industry, using international experience in complex remediation of soil contaminated with fuel oil. Today the company employs 49 people. Last year the company’s team was enriched with specialists who adopt the experience of their senior mentors, continue and multiply the best traditions of integrated soil treatment.
Since 2017, the company has been operating a quality management system for the disposal and treatment of non-hazardous and hazardous waste, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 by the largest international certification body.
A major Kazakhstani oil and gas company has entrusted us to clean up their oil field from the effects of pollution over the last 40 years. Today, despite the high level of competition, the company professionally withstands the struggle in the market through innovative method. Every practical step we take is based on scientifically based solutions.
By remediating soil in different geographical environments within the laboratories of one of our companies, indigenous strains of microorganisms for biological treatment are bred.
Recently, the obtained mixture of oil wastes after hydrodynamic cleaning during hydrogenation with the help of hydro-pulse discharge was processed into marketable form besides sand and clay, in the form of tar, fuel oil and mineral oils.
